OLYMPIQUE LYON v CELTIC

Lyon have no injury worries ahead of a match that president Jean-Michel Aulas calls one of the most important in the club's history. Lyon have been knocked out of the first round for the past two years. Malian midfielder Djila Diarra has been added to the squad that beat Metz 2-1 in the league.

French winger Didier Agathe is also injured while Alan Thompson is suspended but central defender Dianbobo Balde is expected to recover from a back injury. BAYERN MUNICH v ANDERLECHT

Bayern Munich will miss defensive midfielder Jens Jeremies because of a sore calf for a game they must win to avoid exiting the competition after the opening stage for the second consecutive year.

Coach Ottmar Hitzfeld are also without Germany midfielder Sebastian Deisler, who is being treated for depression and does not know when he will be able to play again. Croatian central defender Robert Kovac was a doubtful starter because of a thigh injury.

The German champions have failed to meet expectations so far this season both in Europe and at home but there was some improvement on Saturday in a 1-1 draw at second-placed Werder Bremen that left them in fourth in the Bundesliga, six points behind leaders VfB Stuttgart.

Anderlecht coach Hugo Broos has good news on two fronts with striker Aruna Dindane back from suspension after missing their 1-0 win over Lyon and the absence of any new injuries.

South Korean striker Seol Ki Hyeon is back in full training after a minor knee injury, while midfielder Yves Vanderhaeghe has returned to form. Forward Nenad Jestrovic and midfielder Goran Lovre are still out due with long-term knee injuries.

Probable teams:

Bayern: 1-Oliver Kahn; 2-Willy Sagnol, 4-Samuel Kuffour, 25-Thomas Linke, 3-Bixente Lizarazu; 20-Hasan Salihamidzic, 23-Owen Hargreaves, 13-Michael Ballack, 11-Ze Roberto; 10-Roy Makaay, 14-Claudio Pizarro.

Anderlecht: 1-Daniel Zitka; 6-Michal Zewlakow, 30-Hannu Tihinen, 27-Vincent Kompany, 3-Olivier Deschacht; 17-Christian Wilhelmsson, 15-Besnik Hasi, 10-Walter Baseggio, 11-Martin Kolar; 19-Ivica Mornar, 26-Aruna Dindane. Referee: Kim Milton Nielsen (Denmark)

DYNAMO KIEV v INTER MILAN

Dynamo, who must win in Kiev in order to advance to the knockout phase, face a mounting injury worries after full back Serhiy Fyodorov and strikers Denys Onishchenko and Roberto Nanni joined midfielder Andriy Husin on the sidelines.

Fyodorov and fellow Ukraine international Onishchenko are both nursing leg injuries, while Argentine Nanni -- Dynamo's most expensive import -- is out for three months after undergoing knee surgery last week.

Husin is still recovering from a thigh surgery.

There is some good news for the Ukrainians with the return of Croatian midfielder Jerko Leko, who missed the 3-2 defeat by Lokomotiv Moscow two weeks ago through suspension.

Inter's shock 5-1 home defeat by Arsenal two weeks ago left them also needing a win on Wednesday to guarantee progress, although they could also go through with a draw.

It won't be easy in the Ukraine, particularly without injured central defender Marco Materazzi, who should be replaced by Daniele Adani.

In midfield, Matias Almeyda is ready to deputise for Cristiano Zanetti, who injured his thigh during the 2-1 win over Perugia at the weekend.

Probable teams:

Dynamo Kiev: 1-Olexander Shovkovsky; 6-Yuri Dmitrulin, 26-Andriy Nesmachny, 32-Goran Gavrancic, 35-Goran Sablic; 8-Valentin Belkevich, 17-Tiberiu Ghioane, 20-Oleg Husev, 36-Jerko Leko; 15-Diogo Rincon, 16-Maxim Shatskikh.

Inter Milan: 1-Francesco Toldo; 2-Ivan Cordoba, 15-Daniele Adani, 17-Fabio Cannavaro; 4-Javier Zanetti, 25-Matias Almeyda, 5-Emre Belozoglu, 26-Giovanni Pasquale; 30-Obafemi Martins, 32-Christian Vieri, 9-Julio Cruz.

ARSENAL v LOKOMOTIV MOSCOW

Arsenal's campaign is back on track after their stunning victory over Inter and another win will send them through.

Their major worry is the availability of striker Thierry Henry, who missed Saturday's 1-1 draw at Leicester City with a leg muscle injury and whose absence from Wednesday's Highbury clash would be a massive blow.

Skipper Patrick Vieira should return after being rested on Saturday following a midweek comeback from a two-month injury absence. Defender Martin Keown made his return from a prolonged injury break at the weekend, as did forward Sylvain Wiltord after a groin problem, but Ray Parlour (groin) is a doubt.

Lokomotiv beat Malaga reserves 3-2 during a seven day training camp in Spain last week -- their only game in two weeks.

They need only a draw in London to go through and hope midfielder Marat Izmailov recovers in time after missing their previous Champions League outing against Dynamo Kiev with a leg injury.

"You can't just sit back for the whole game and hope for a positive result against a team like Arsenal," said coach Yuri Syomin. "We have to perform well at both ends because attack is the best defence."

Probable teams:

Arsenal: 1-Jens Lehmann; 12-Lauren, 5-Martin Keown, 23-Sol Campbell, 3-Ashley Cole; 8-Fredrik Ljungberg, 4-Patrick Vieira, 19-Gilberto, 7-Robert Pires; 10-Dennis Bergkamp, 14-Thierry Henry or 11-Sylvain Wiltord.

Lokomotiv Moscow: 1-Sergei Ovchinnikov; 16-Vadim Yevseyev, 5-Sergei Ignashevich, 14-Oleg Pashinin, 17-Dmitry Sennikov; 4-Jacob Lekgetho, 7-Marat Izmailov, 8-Vladimir Maminov, 10-Dmitry Loskov, 28-Dmitry Khokhlov; 32-Mikheil Ashvetia.

JUVENTUS v OLYMPIAKOS PIRAEUS

A draw against Olympiakos on Wednesday will be enough to assure Juventus of the top spot in group D.

With the Greeks already out of the competition, Juve coach Marcello Lippi looks set to rest a number of first team regulars, including defenders Lilian Thuram and Gianluca Zambrotta, midfielder Pavel Nedved and striker Alessandro Del Piero.

That still leaves plenty of quality, however, with the experienced Antonio Conte in midfield while up front David Trezeguet will hope to make amends for his anonymous display in the weekend Serie A defeat by Lazio.

Olympiakos will be without key Ieroklis Stoltidis for the trip to Turin after the midfielder missed Saturday's 1-0 win over Halkidona with a thigh injury. Pantelis Kafes, who stood in for Stoltidis the league, will keep his place.

Captain Predrag Djordjevic returns from suspension while goalkeeper Dimitris Eleftheropoulos is back after a lengthy injury spell for his first European outing this season.

Probable teams:

Juventus: 12-Antonio Chimenti; 15-Alessandro Birindelli, 13-Mark Iuliano, 4-Paolo Montero, 7-Gianluca Pessotto; 25-Marcelo Zalayeta, 8-Antonio Conte, 5-Igor Tudor, 14-Enzo Maresca; 17-David Trezeguet, 9-Fabrizio Miccoli.

Olympiakos: 31-Dimitris Eleftheropoulos, 14-Dimitris Mavrogenidis, 19-Thanasis Kostoulas, 32-Giorgos Anatolakis, 1-Pantelis Kafes, 5-Christian Karembeu, 11-Predrag Djordjevic, 30-Tassos Pantos, 8-Giorgos Georgiadis, 7-Neri Castillo, 10-Giovanni

REAL SOCIEDAD v GALATASARAY

Sociedad need only a draw to reach the last 16, but they could struggle after a morale-sapping 4-0 home defeat by Real Betis sent them into the relegation zone last weekend.

They will also be without striker Darko Kovacevic, who is suspended after his sending off in the 2-2 draw against Olympiakos last time out, while winger Javi de Pedro is still out injured. Oscar de Paula should start alongside Turkish forward Nihat Kahveci up front.

Goalkeeper Sander Westerveld, who has been in poor form in recent matches, is doubtful with a twisted ankle and may be replaced by Alberto, and coach Raynald Denouiex could ring the changes in defence after the poor performance against Betis.

Galatasaray coach Fatih Terim is not expected to change his line-up despite Galatasaray's disappointing 3-1 loss to Istanbulspor in domestic league action at the weekend. Midfielder Ovidiu Petre is expected to replace suspended Ayhan Akman. Romanian striker Florin Bratu is ineligible to play in Europe and his place in the starting line-up will probably be taken by Gokhan Berkant, who made his Champions League debut in last week's win over Juventus. Midfielder Volkan Arslan, just back from long-term injury, has travelled to Spain but is not expected to start.

Probable teams:

Sociedad: 25-Sander Westerveld or 1-Alberto; 14-Aitor Lopez Rekarte, 2-Bjorn Tore Kvarme, 6-Gabriel Schurrer, 3-Agustin Aranzabal or 22-Lionel Potillon, 17-Igor Gabilondo, 4-Xabi Alonso, 18-Bittor Alkiza, 8-Valery Karpin; 15-Nihat Kahveci, 21-Oscar de Paula

Galatasaray: 1-Faryd Mondragon; 29-Cesar Prates, 5-Frank de Boer, 3-Bulent Korkmaz, 4-Orhan Ak; 55-Sabri Sarioglu, 24-Ovidiu Petre, 67-Ergun Penbe, 11-Hasan Sas; 7-Berkant Goktan, 10-Hakan Sukur
