Crewe v Stoke

Ben Williams will continue in goal for Crewe after a man-of-the-match display in the defeat at Cardiff.
Craig Hignett may come into contention for a starting place, but David Wright (thigh), Dave Brammer (groin) and Luke Varney (shoulder) are all out.

Stoke boss Tony Pulis will be able to welcome back fit-again Gifton Noel-Williams (leg) and Clint Hill (ankle).

But he must do without Chris Greenacre (knee ligament damage), John Eustace (groin) and Lewis Neal (ankle).


Sheff Utd v Derby

Stuart McCall (dead leg) is the Blades only doubt for the clash with Derby and Paul Shaw is poised to deputise.
Izale McLeod is not eligible to face is former club, but Simon Francis returns to the squad and Jack Lester is likely to partner Andy Gray up front.

Derby duo Jamie Vincent and Marco Reich look almost certain to miss the trip to Bramall Lane.

Meanwhile, Rob Edwards, who has recovered from bronchitis, could step in for Richard Jackson (shoulder).


Sunderland v Gillingham

Sunderland's Jeff Whitley plays his last game before starting a five-match ban after his red card at Reading.
Julio Arca and Marcus Stewart will be absent from McCarthy's side against the Gills but Jason McAteer could return.

Gillingham's injury list shows no signs of shortening with 10 first-teamers still on the sidelines.

Rod Wallace is likely to start from the bench after strong displays by Patrick Agyemang and Mamady Sidibe in the game against Rotherham.

Chesterfield v Colchester

Chesterfield boss Roy McFarland will again be without Mark Hudson, who limped off against Brighton.
Glynn Hurst is available for selection despite his sending-off against the Magpies as his three-match ban is not due to start until 3 April.

Gareth Williams will go straight into the Colchester side after completing his loan switch from Crystal Palace.

Keeper Richard McKinney (ankle) is out so manager Phil Parkinson will stick with the players that lost at Brighton

Mansfield v Swansea

Mansfield midfielder Neil MacKenzie will be fit to face Swansea after overcoming minor concussion.
But defender Adam Eaton remains on the sidelines while struggling to recover from a groin problem and striker Iyesden Christie has a foot injury.

Swansea will be without their leading goalscorer Lee Trundle (hamstring) for the journey to Mansfield.

Strike partner Kevin Nugent (hamstring) is also a doubt, so teenager Mark Pritchard is in the squad.


Scunthorpe v Carlisle

Scunthorpe could recall Peter Beagrie and Kevin Sharp to the starting line-up for the Cumbrians' visit.
Cliff Byrne (hamstring) is a doubt and should he not make it Nathan Stanton will continue at centre-half.

Carlisle player-boss Paul Simpson remains on the sidelines with a knee injury and Tom Cowan (hamstring) and Will McDonagh (ankle) are still out.

Meanwhile, they will appeal over keeper Matthew Glennon's sending off during the 2-0 defeat at Rochdale on Saturday.

Scarborough v Exeter

Scarborough will be without Steve Baker (suspension), Jacques Williams (ankle) and possibly Steve Capper (fractured rib) when they face Exeter on Tuesday.
Slade may opt to leave leading scorer Mark Quayle on the bench again but Andy Brownrigg should make his home debut.

Exeter boss Eamonn Dolan will give late fitness tests to leading scorer Sean Devine (groin) and Steve Flack (virus) before the trip to the McCain Stadium.

Alex Jeannin could also return as he continues to recover from a leg injury.

Shrewsbury v Aldershot

Shrewsbury boss Jimmy Quinn has no fresh injury worries to contend with.
Sam Aiston (knee ligament damage) remains the only absentee and faces another four weeks on the sidelines.

Aldershot's new signings Chris Giles and Jamie Gosling will both be pushing for a start after being introduced as substitutes against Scarborough.

But wing-back Dean Hooper is not available for the Gay Meadow clash as he must serve the second game of a two-match suspension.

Telford v Forest Green

Telford winger Michael Blackwood will almost certainly miss out after suffering a suspected cracked rib.
Lee Mills, Chris Murphy and Scott Green are all back in the frame after injury, but the trio may not be risked ahead of the FA Trophy date with Canvey Island.

Forest Green will hand a debut to Tom Jordan after his signing from Tamworth, but Lee Phillips (hamstring) is out.

Meanwhile, Paul Moore has returned to Telford after his one-month loan spell came to an end.

Rangers v Dunfermline

Strikers Ross McCormack and Bajram Fetai have been called into the Rangers squad with Alex McLeish set to give youth a chance against Dunfermline.
Playmaker Ronald de Boer has recovered from the head knock received at the weekend, but captain Craig Moore will be missing with a knee injury.

Dunfermline welcome back fit-again Gary Mason into their midfield.

But injured quarter Scott Thomson, Noel Hunt, Sean Kilgannon and David Grondin are still missing.

Rangers are looking for revenge after being defeated at East End Park in December and to keep the pressure on runaway leaders Celtic.

Manager McLeish is not ready to publicly concede the title, but the introduction of Fetai and McCormack is an indication that he is building for next season.

Chris Burke and defender Alan Hutton impressed against Dundee on Saturday and the winger is predicting big things for the young Scottish contingent coming through at Ibrox.

"It's nice to see young Scots playing," said Burke.

"Young Alan Hutton did well at left back and is a great player for the future.

"It's good to see young Scots in the team."

While de Boer has passed himself fit after suffering a broken nose and nausea, Moore will not feature in defence, although he could be fit to face Celtic on Sunday.

McLeish said: "He is not showing signs of any improvement at the moment, which means he will not be available for Dunfermline, but the medical staff said he should be okay for Celtic."

Dunfermline arrive still chasing Hearts for a Uefa Cup place but having struggled to a victory over Partick Thistle on Saturday.

The influential Mason had been ruled out on the morning of the game with flu.

MADRID, Spain (AP)— Ronaldo is expected to play Wednesday in the first leg of the Champions League quarterfinals against Monaco, Real Madrid said Monday on its Web site.
The Brazil international resumed training with the rest of his teammates after recovering from a torn muscle in his left leg, which he injured earlier this month during a Spanish league match.

Ronaldo "completed the training session, he touched the ball and said he felt fine. Everything looks like doctors will give him the green light to wear the No. 9 shirt in the next Champions League match," the club said.

Ronaldo has missed two league matches against Zaragoza and Athletic de Bilbao, one Champions League game against Bayern Munich and last week's Copa del Rey final against Zaragoza.

The club also said that Raul Gonzalez is doubtful with a muscle injury while Roberto Carlos will miss the match due to a UEFA ban
