The Heat haven’t looked this good for a long time. They have won four games in a row and are ready for more. The Heat dominated the Cats in their latest game, gaining a 113-93 victory. As usual, Wade was the heart of the Heats' game at both ends of the floor. More vital, however, was the fact that O'Neal responded by increasing his production for a third consecutive game. He made nine of his first 10 shots and finished with a season-high 22 points in 21 minutes. So it seems like the champs have finally woken up. With Shaq on his way to returning to dominant status the Heat can still dream for that championship ring.
The Celtics, at the same time, are a mess. They are a team that doesn't know how to win anywhere these days, home or away. They have a league-worst 12 wins and a 2-20 record playing without Paul Pierce. The Celtics got their 15th straight loss (102-109) against Detroit last night. This game wasn’t as close as the score indicated (the Pistons led by 22 points and were never seriously threatened). So coming from a b2b game and facing the rising Heat will be even tougher for the struggling Celtics.
Of course the Celtics are desperate right now for a win, but the Heat will hardly let them come into the game with any mindset of winning. We believe the Heat are back in form and the last few games played has proven that. Away team to cover with medium stakes.
