Thunder vs Cavs

The Thunder got Durant and Westbrook back, but they still miss something in their game that used to make them one of the best teams in the Western Conference. They have won 4 of their last 5 games, but it has been remarkably easy schedule. Wins against bottom 3 teams (NYK, PHI and DET) and MIL do not say a lot. In fact they have been struggling from time-to-time even in these games. So playing against the Cavaliers tonight will be their first real test since KD and Westbrook got back in the lineup.

The Cavs played an awful game against the Raptors. They still won that game. That`s how good they are at the moment. During the current 8-game winning streak many good things have happened. Irving and Waiters have found some rhythm, Tristan Thompson is giving good minutes off the bench, Kevin Love is making 3-pointers like they are layups and of course Lebron James is reminding us who is the best player on the planet. That last thing could play a huge role tonight. As we all know Durant got a MVP award last season and LBJ probably thinks he was and still is the best player. So tonight it is not only Thunder vs Cavaliers, but it also Durant vs Lebron and at the moment James has an upper hand.

The Thunder are yet to prove they can play great. The Cavs have been proving that for couple of weeks now. Durant is still playing limited minutes and the Cavs just have more players that can contribute at both ends. It is alwways strange when they line suggest a red hot team being an underdog. Even if the game is away. We expect the Cavs to win tonight and are happy to take the points. Take Cleveland +2.5 @1.925 with 3/5 units from Pinnacle.
