A common cause of the problems you are encountering is the presence of Firewall- or Anti Virus software on the computer such as ZoneAlarm or Norton. The aim of this software is to stop your computer from connecting to unwanted sources, and it is possible it will not allow you to connect to the MANSION Poker or Casino servers.
To remedy this, you need to configure your Firewall or Anti Virus software so that it will trust MANSION and allow the MANSION Poker or Casino software to connect to the servers. Unfortunately we are unable to assist you on how to adjust this specific configuration, due to the wide variety of Firewalls and Anti Virus software available. If you require assistance in amending these settings, please contact your software manufacturer.
Additionally, each time you view a web page through a browser, the browser makes a copy of it and stores it in a folder on the hard drive, so it can bring the page up faster next time you access it.
When visiting a web page you have visited before, while the actual web page is loading, the browser displays a saved copy of the page and this copy is called the cache.
Therefore, it is important to regularly clear both cookies and cache to ensure you are not using a corrupted version of a specific cookie and to ensure you are always viewing the most recent version of a web page.
To clear cookies in Internet Explorer, please choose Tools from the menu along the top and select Internet Options. Click the Delete Cookies button in the Temporary Internet Files section, and click OK to confirm.
