Ackermann - Rest of the field 2 2.35 (nordic) (4/10)
This is the competition where others have possibilities for the first time. If I have understand right there is only one ski jump round after mass start skiing. Ackerman is not the best skier in the tour (very good still..) and in K95 there will not become as big differences as in bigger hills. Already in today´s competition Gottwald could have beaten Ackerman, but he was much worse skier than normally.
Manninen - Lajunen 2 2.25 (nordic) (4/10)
Manninen skied today about minute faster than Lajunen. Tomorrow skiing will be only 10 kms, so with same difference between men there should be about 45 secs after that. However in mass start it won´t be even near that difference. For example 15 secs gives only 3.5 points good for ski jumping. Lajunen has been a bit better jumper 4/5 jumps (including official training), so I believe that we have once again a 50-50 situation...
