Internetissä toimiva vedonlyöntiyhtiö Unibet viedään Tukholman pörssiin, kertoi Dagens Industri maanantaina.

Ruotsin pelimonopolin haastava Unibet voi nousta pörssiarvoltaan miljardiin kruunuun, lehdessä arvioidaan. Maltalta operoiva Unibet aikoo tuoda myyntiin liki miljoona osaketta.

Unibet on näkyvä yhtiö myös Helsingissä, sillä se mainostaa vedonlyöntipalvelujaan taksien kyljessä.

Dagens Industri muistuttaa, että Wienin pörssissä noteeratun Betandwin-yhtiön osake on vuodessa noussut 300 prosenttia. Lontoossa listattu Sportingbet on samaan aikaan noussut 250 prosenttia.

Anglo-Swedish Unibet Plans June 8 IPO On Stockholm Bourse



STOCKHOLM -(Dow Jones)- Unibet Group PLC, a Swedish-owned but U.K.-based internet gaming company, said Monday it plans an initial public offering worth SEK119 million on the Stockholm Stock Exchange on June 8.

Shares will be priced at SEK135 and bookbuilding will take place from May 11 to May 25, according to a statement from the company.

Unibet is selling 883,700 Swedish Depository Receipts, representing 14.1% of votes and capital. Newly issued shares amount to 703,700, with the remainder being sold by current owners.

The company estimated its proceeds after fees will be SEK72.5 million.

Unibet said main owner and founder, Anders Stroem, intends to keep a 32.4%- stake in the company after the IPO.

At the end of March, Unibet said it had 275,000 customers in 100 countries.

Veikkauksen kannattaisi järkiintyä ja toimia sen Vuoksenmaan antaman neuvon mukaan: perustaa vetopörssi Suomeen.

Thus, if the investor invests more than £10,000 into the Offer for Subscription the maximum amount placed in a new betting account is £1,000. This money must be used to bet on the site and is subject to terms and conditions.

The minimum investment is £680 (1,000 shares) and in the event that the offer is over subscribed preference will be given to early subscribers. The Gaming Bourse Plc has provisional EIS status granted by the Inland Revenue.
